  1. Katniss sort of evolved from the first book to the second. She has been through the games twice(I'm sorry if I ruined this for anyone it's you fault for looking up the THIRD book), and she is tired of playing by the capitol's rules.
    You should expect Katniss to be back with a vengence!!!
